Culinary Facility and Education Center: Newly renovated 3,500 sq ft education center stocked with the most modern technology in the food service industry. ON STAFF CHEF. Facility includes (2) 14’ back to back hoods for live cooking demonstrations, menu development, competitions, training and testing. Included in this area is a seminar/conference area that also includes a fully functional hood with utilities. In addition we have a 4,000 sq ft of warehouse space that is set-up for distribution when needed.
